A Time-Domain Planning Method for Surface Rescue Process of Amphibious Aircraft for Medium/Distant Maritime Rescue

Medium/distant maritime rescue is significantly important in the development of business. For typical medium/distant rescue, range limitation helicopters and many difficulties between helicopter ship cooperation lead to unsatisfactory results. Compared ships, amphibious aircrafts could effectively solve problems faced by ships meet demands with their long cruise range, high speed, capability surface landing capability. Therefore, a time-domain planning method (TPM) based on k-means* clustering algorithm genetic algorithm* proposed this study for process (SRP) rescue. To simulate SRP aircrafts, an agent-based simulation environment was constructed Python platform. Finally, case carried out verify its effectiveness applicability. The results show that TPM exhibits satisfactory aircraft less than 1 h delay time recommended persons distress using TPM.
